2010 Ford Taurus SHO?
During the 1990′s Yamaha produced a powerful V6 engine for use in Ford’s Taurus, called SHO – Super High Output. It became one of the more popular Taurus mods in the car’s history. The 3.0 and 3.2 liter engine produced anywhere from 4000 to 7000 RPMs and almost 300 horse power. Prototypes of the engine reached 8000 RPMs, but certain car accessories malfunctioned at this rate.

It looks like the days of SHO may be returning as dealership order forms are confirming that an Ecoboost option will be available – the apparent new, eco-friendly version of SHO.
