Yup – complete with Mass. inspection stickers (out of date, I might add) and a cool dusting of west coast dirt, Conan O’Brien’s 1992 Taurus SHO still runs (nice and smooth, quiet) as he takes it for an uninsured ride during an interview segment.

But listen to the V6 roar, then change your opinion. With 305 horsepower, the quarter-mile at 14 seconds at over 100 mph, 0-to-60 at 5.4 seconds, you might change that opinion. Not bad for a base model.

Right up there with the guy who stole a tank in California – this Ford Mustang driver decided to take Oklahoma’s Highway patrol on the ride of a lifetime! Not once, not twice, but THREE times did this nut work his way out of a fishtail and keep this excitement going. His only fault was sliding into a stop sign, which wrapped around his axle. If he missed that, who knows how long this would have gone on?! OJ Simpson could have used him back in ’94.
